Danski veterani thrash metala Artillery, ki bodo svoj novi studijski album z naslovom "Penalty By Perception" izdali, dne 25.03.2016, pri založbi Metal Blade Records, predstavljajo še drugi uradni video in sicer za skladbo "Live By The Scythe".

Album bo dostopen poleg standardne jewel case izdaje, tudi v količinsko omejenem digipack formatu z dodatno skladbo, v formatu dvojne vinilne plošče in v obliki digitalnega dolpotega.
Album je produciral Søren Andersen v studiu Medley.
